Your name, phone, email, state, preferred language, return types, contact time and optional notes. We never ask for or store your Social Security number, bank accounts or cards.
How we use it
To match you with an independent tax preparer who will contact you. With your consent we share your details only with the assigned preparer.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service or comply with the law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Security
Your data is stored with restricted access: each preparer only sees the clients assigned to them.
